We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our team in Hull, specializing in Adult Social Care with a focus on complex cases.   • Providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders regarding best practices in adult social care.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to safeguard and promote the welfare of adults at risk.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with organizational standards.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience in adult social care, particularly with complex cases.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and manage competing priorities.
