In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing support and intervention to vulnerable children and young people, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key responsibilities and duties:
- Undertaking assessments and creating care plans for LAC and CIC
- Working collaboratively with families, carers, and other professionals to support positive outcomes
- Participating in child protection conferences and court proceedings as required
- Providing direct support and guidance to children and young people in care
- Advocating for the rights and best interests of the children and young people
Essential qualifications and skills:
- Qualified Social Worker with relevant social work qualification
- Registered with Social Work England
