Staffordshire - QSW / SP - Children With Disabilities Team
Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Qualified Social Worker / Senior Practitioner to join the Children with Disabilities Team at Staffordshire County Council.
Pay Rate: Up to £33.30 per hour (Umbrella)
Location: DE14 2NJ, Staffordshire
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated Children with Disabilities Team, supporting children and young people with complex needs and their families. You will be responsible for undertaking statutory assessments, care planning, safeguarding interventions and working collaboratively with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
As part of the team, you will manage a varied caseload, complete Child in Need, Child Protection and Looked After Children work where appropriate, and contribute to high-quality, child-centred practice.
Key Skills Required:
* Experience working within a Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team or statutory Children's Services
* Strong safeguarding, assessment and care planning skills
* Experience working with children with complex disabilities and additional needs
* Ability to manage complex caseloads and make sound professional decisions
* Excellent communication, report writing and multi-agency working skills
* Social Work England registration required
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Registered with Social Work England
* Previous experience within Children's Services
* Experience as a Qualified Social Worker or Senior Practitioner
