To be considered for this position, you must hold a relevant social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work) and be registered with Social Work England. Essential skills include:

  • Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a complex caseload.
  • A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
