Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify the needs and risks faced by children and families.
  • Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families and multi-agency partners.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to families to empower them in making positive changes.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to enhance professional development.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in children’s social work, particularly in assessment and intervention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
