The ideal candidate will possess a recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. Additionally, you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in statutory social work, particularly within child protection and looked after children.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, families, and professionals.
