Join our dedicated team as a Qualified Social Worker in the Adult's SW - Learning Disabilities & Early Adulthood Team in Stockport. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and strengths of service users.
- Developing and implementing tailored care plans that support individual goals and aspirations.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to service users and their families, ensuring they are empowered to make informed choices.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local policies and procedures.
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities or within a similar field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing a varied caseload.
