FAST Social Worker - Lincolnshire

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced FAST Social Worker to join our team in Lincolnshire. As a member of our Qualified Social Work field, you will play a crucial role in providing support and intervention to families in need.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans for families referred to the Family Assessment and Support Team (FAST).
  • Provide direct support and interventions to families to address safeguarding concerns and promote positive outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure coordinated and effective support for families.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and reports in accordance with regulatory standards.

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a relevant degree and HCPC registration.

  • Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a complex caseload.
