We are currently seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join our Liverpool Adult Social Work Locality Team at a competitive rate of £43.78 per hour. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to adults in the community, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
- Conducting assessments and reviews to determine the needs of service users
- Developing care plans and support packages tailored to individual needs
- Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide holistic support
- Advocating for service users to ensure their voices are heard and their rights are upheld
- Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings and case conferences
The successful candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional registration
- Proven experience in adult social work, preferably within a locality team setting
- Strong assessment and case management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a complex caseload
