Children's SW - CWD Team - North Yorkshire

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with children with disabilities and their families, demonstrating a strong understanding of relevant legislation and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with children and families.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
