We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult's Social Worker to join our Locality Team in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to adults in the community, ensuring their safety, well-being, and independence.
Key responsibilities and duties:
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans for adults in need of support
- Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to coordinate services
- Providing advocacy and support to clients in accessing appropriate resources and services
- Participating in safeguarding procedures and interventions as required
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventions
Essential qualifications and skills:
- Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification
- Registered with Social Work England
- Demonstrated experience in working with adults in a social work setting
- Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
