- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Proven experience in adult social work, particularly within safeguarding contexts.
