The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
  • Registered with Social Work England (SWE) and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in social work.
  • Strong understanding of child protection and family support legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate families.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multi-agency teams.
