We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Bedford - TM - CWD Team. To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
