As a MASH Social Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting assessments and investigations in response to safeguarding concerns.

- Developing and implementing effective intervention plans tailored to the needs of children and families.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of cases in compliance with local policies and procedures.
- Providing support and guidance to families, promoting positive outcomes and resilience.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work degree and current Social Work England registration.
- Strong knowledge of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating effective assessment and intervention skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-agency framework.
