Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to join the Safeguarding Team (West) for Bromley Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing and supervising a team of Social Workers and Senior Practitioners within a busy safeguarding service.
* Overseeing complex child protection and safeguarding cases, ensuring appropriate risk management and intervention.
* Providing high-quality supervision, support, and performance management to staff.
* Ensuring compliance with statutory responsibilities, legislation, and local safeguarding procedures.
* Driving service performance and ensuring the delivery of positive outcomes for children and families.
* Working closely with multi-agency partners to deliver coordinated safeguarding responses.
* Contributing to service development and maintaining best practice standards across the team.

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working

Pay Rate:
* £45.20 p/h Umbrella

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' experience in children's social care
* Significant experience within Safeguarding/Child Protection services
* Experience in a managerial or supervisory role
* Social Work England Registration
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures
