Revenues Officer - Bristol (Remote Working)

We are currently looking for an experienced Revenues Officer to support Council Tax operations for Bristol in a fully remote role. This position is well suited to someone who can work independently and confidently manage their own caseload with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience processing Council Tax accounts and a thorough understanding of current Council Tax legislation, enabling them to make accurate and compliant decisions. You will be comfortable handling a range of account-related tasks, including billing, adjustments, and general account maintenance, while ensuring a high level of accuracy at all times.

Strong systems knowledge is essential, and you should be confident and competent in using NEC and Enterprise systems to manage workloads efficiently. The role requires excellent attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to work proactively in a remote environment.
